To make this more interesting, the insults should come from people who know you well and know all the neuroses, fears, shame, etc. that you try to hide from yourself. In other words, they will be insults that have truth behind them and hurt.

I'd take the punch, and maybe the insults, but none of the others. There's a decent chance that humans may still exist 5000 years from now, so the bomb would make me worse than Hitler. And the unknown personality change would be too risky. If I turned into a depressed person, I wouldn't even enjoy my money. What's the point there?

That's what I was wondering. If it was insults from strangers, I could care less. I mean, what's the best they could do? "You're fat"? Hell, I come to the cellar. But insults from my mom or someone would be worse than getting punched, I think.
