The hotel 'star' rating system in Africa:
***** - only The Mamounia in Marrakech (if you have to ask, you can't afford it) **** - don't believe it *** - has hot water (at least some of the time) ** - 1 star for each twin bed * - has something that works (power, water {but don't drink it}, door locks...)
