better prosecutors.......a harsher legal system. Dunno about you guys, but over here in Oz I am sick to death of people commiting terrible crimes, and getting the most lenient sentences. Or they get a decent sentence.....but are then out on parole after only serving half.
they need to get serious about it if they hope to make a difference.... |
