Don't go to prison, get some guns and take hostages at MacDonalds. That way they are sure to let you leave the country.
Oh, and pick hot, young, nubile, hostages that swoon at anyone taking charge. It will give you something (someone) to do while you wait for them to bring your helicopter around.
