It's a good idea to do it now while you don't need it - because there's a hard cut off at the end of the year, and lots of cruise lines are starting to require them ahead of schedule, we've heard stories of people who've had to cancel vacations because they're without travel papers.

Maybe I'll wait a bit and see how many that got them have been executed or shipped to Gitmo.
