Just drive to Qld. It's bound to be clear! Or maybe that'll be the one night of the decade that clouds will gather.

No, I don't want to bring the clouds with me. I swear, I must be cursed. If I want the sky to be clear, it is likely than not that the clouds will sneak up on me. Total eclipse of the sun, annular eclipse of the sun, several partial eclipse of the sun, comet smashing into Jupiter, comet visible in daylight, numerous lunar eclipses - I have been clouded out for all of them.

I have seen some of the eclipses I wanted to see, but many times the clouds thwart my plans.
