Thumbs up I have used this book with good results

After reading this book I was convinced that their theory, in theory, could work. It did. However, this was my life for 6 months. As with any diet, Exercise and determination are the only cultivating facts that will lose you weight. Sticking to this diet was simple. The food was good and I lost 60lbs. Now I believe without exercise I would have lost much less, but eating became somewhat normal and not too much like a diet. Hope this helped.

Welcome to the Cellar, csanti.
We're always happy to get first person experience.

You can't avoid the basic law, if there's more calories coming in than going out, the extra will be stored in an unflattering manor.

I wish my house could do that. You know - like I buy more stuff and my house automatically gets bigger to hold it all.
