It obviously isn't an issue to you yesman because it doesn't affect you. I don't see "Black head coach" either but I realize that blacks do look up to Lovie and Dungy and it is good for the black community for them to get some credit. We do still have a lot of racism in the United States and I'm not just talking about the South.

No, PH that is not right, its not an issue to me because I don't see them as black, because I see them as men. Those who see their color are the ones who have issues. Yes, there is plenty of racism in the world, but by making a big deal out of the fact that they are black only perpetuates the problem.
