Lemme try, Flint. Shawnee, if you see a post that does what you want to do, press the quote button on the lower right of the post you want to emulate. In the quoted text you'll see exactly what to type.
All the buttons at the top just insert the right text for you, but you can do it yourself if you want. Did that get closer?
