No, it looks like the bowl is just out of sight at the top. The bits coming off the sides are other mouthpieces, like a hookah-type deal which you can optionally attach more places for additional "guests". I bet it loads about a finger tip's worth.
This seems like overkill in the same way that some people play old scratchy vinyl LPs on $10,000 turntables. |
