Funny you should mention that.
Not too long ago a sex offender who raped and murdered a little girl by the name of Katie (or something similiar) was sent to prison. The other inamtes forcibly tattoed "Katie's Revenge" across his forehead. Two of the guards there were fired for leaking the image to the media. http://www.cnn.com/2006/LAW/09/29/in....ap/index.html
