Typical case of TIT (This Is Thailand)

The "coup" is widely supported by the population and the King has given it his blessings (which is most important).

The Thais are tired of Thaksin filling his own pocket. Alone the share sales of the national mobile network gave him and his family already $ 1,9 Billion, taxfree.

LOS (Land of Smiles) is not to be compared with the usual Western Society. I've travelled there many times the last 20 years and they have their own way to run the country. Not necessarily a bad thing.
