Welcome chuck from the Rev. Wonder Toad. The reason there is a Cellar is because there was KAOS back in the eighties to show us all how social networking could work! The Cellar was co-founded by KAOS's #2 in charge and there are still a handful of us from back in the Philly modem scene days. If it has the same flavor as back in the day, that means something's working right!
