AOL De ja vu

Fuck AOL!!!

Oh how I hate that company. I signed up with them for their 30 day free trial back in August 2000. It took me less than 1 week to decide I wanted something else. It took multiple phone calls, emails and 5 months to get the service disconnected and billings stopped. THEN, 3 years later..out of the blue...they started automatic withdrawals from my bank account for service. Every time I call and get them stopped, they start it back up a few months later. I tried having the bank manager talk to them, but that didn't help either. I explained to the jerk-offs that I deleted AOL from my computer the day I took it out of the box. I told them to check their records to see if I'd ever used their service. I told them I wanted a refund of every single charge to my account. HA!!! Not a chance. I even closed the bank account, but as soon as AOL starts up the charges again, the bank reopens the account with a negative balance..frickin' BoA.
