ive noticed since we asked you guys to think about your posts more. you seem to have gone out and bought a thesaurus. you dont need to use buzz words and phrases like "mitigate" and "various sectors of society" to present a coherent and logical argument that pertains to the topic in question. (see, i just did it then)
