That sort of happened to me on ebay with a bare-bones PC setup. I ended up leaving for vacation and emailing them that if my stuff wasn't waiting for me when I got back from the vacation I was going to get my bank to do a chargeback. When I got back I had an email from their lawyers telling me they had filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy and I was listed with the bankruptcy court as one of the creditors.
(I never heard from the court but I was successful in getting a credit from my bank.)
