When I was a tot we had Ground beef cooked with onions and green peppers this was added to cooked elbow mac. I don't remember the seasoning, but I'd use either a tomato based thing, a cream based thing, or miso and tahini with a dash of hot or black pepper.

By thing I think I mean sauce.

BTW, what do you call a cow with no legs?
