Translation Please
This phrase or description has cropped up a few times just lately, as recently as last night's Olympic Figure Skating when it was used to describe an entrant from the US.
'Homecoming Queen' has us baffled. It would appear to have something to do with adolescent girls but other than that...  I'd really appreciate an explanation.
