Seems you are a fan of Anarchy re both Afghanistan and Iraq. Anybody can break anything, (who breaks two totalitarian regimes.) Fixing it take brains and there definitely is a lack there of. Four billion dollars a week, out of your pockets, for the troops to do absolutely nothing, other than being killed.
