Many of these blocking programs don't work that way. What they'll do is feed the firewall server logs thru the blocking program which then blocks everything that hasn't been previously marked safe. Then when you get the red screen you can choose to unblock it but theoretically one of your bosses gets a report summerising what you've requested be unblocked.
