Thanks all... I will definitely PM the recipes to those who want them when I get back home - at the parents house right now...

Wolf, if you just added more chocolate chips to substitute for the nuts, I'm sure that would work out well. You could probably even try half milk chocolate chips and half semi-sweet chocolate chips for a bit of flavor variation. White chocolate chips would probably work well too.
