Though my posts are clearly the best here, I'll go with Ep or Griff.

i knew i shouldn't have even put the poll up on top, because there was just no way to include everyone i really enjoy - but when people see a poll they always check the thread... so here we are.

and LJ, thanks man - i appreciate it. i realize that out of my 3,000+ posts there is exactly one insightful comment... if only i could remember what it was.

Thanks for your vote, Lookout, but I voted for TW. OK, maybe not 'most readable', but definitely 'most worth reading'. I like the way he constructs his arguments. He can be more than a bit long-winded, but I appreciate the thought that goes into the process.

That being said, I also like reading Bruce and Jaguar. I believe Bruce initiates more than Jaguar, who usually bats cleanup on some threads.

I also like some of Lookouts stuff.

Onyxcouger and Stacy do a lot of relationship stuff, which can be interesting. Onyx has some interesting political arguments when she goes there. The same with UT.

Bruce, BusterB, and Wolf just have interesting lives, so I look forward to their comments.

All in all, a nice can of mixed nuts.

As far as the vote goes, I went for xoxoxoBruce, and I'm not embarrassed to say it. Bruce has some of the coolest stuff on the face of the earth, and in sharing it all with us has enriched us.

It is a shame this was a one vote poll, because I'd have made multiple selections ... everybody (with some very, very rare exceptions) has said something somewhere along the way that makes me think, laugh, ponder, and sometimes even mourn with them.

Wolf--I sincerely hate to tell you this, but all your currying favor with bruce isn't going to make him yours. You think that by basting his ego with your juicy bits that he will fall into your trap and become your man. YOU ARE SO WRONG! bruce and I have something...well, it's very special. I don't expect you to understand. Now just quit trying to have your way with my man!! That's right--MINE!

Now, continue with the thread.

Um, sorry. Bruce is *mine*. Go scratch in someone else's sandbox.

As far as posters, my choice is Bruce, with a write in of Elspode and Wolf.

I also enjoy MrNoodle's stuff.

Ditto to all of post #20, what keeps bringing me back here is that there is a really nice cross section of people with different backgrounds. I love being able to come here and open up my narrow little Iowa mind to lots of things I was ignorant about. It's just a great group of 'friends', each with their own quirks and tendancies, but all deep down kind hearted, honest people (some deeper than others... ). I think the common thread in us all is that we are trying to make out the best we can using the hand we were delt.

And we all love sex.

While I'm with Wolf in that I think that *everyone* here has something remarkable to offer from time to time, on the strict basis of consistent quality of input, I vote Bruce...

I do grok Mike Smith, though.
