Just a tidbit of unsolicited advice....
Monster.com...if you're truly serious about looking for a position, post your resume there too. My new job came from them searching there for resumes that 'fit' their requirements, and a slew of emails, phone calls, and interviews later, I'm starting there in approximately *gulp* 7 hours. Good luck to ya....
