Whatever it is, I'm not getting it.

Can you isolate the sign? And are the names of the cross streets significant in this image? Can't read those either.

It is a big pity that I ahve no digital camera and cannot record the happening in China cities. Every city is constructing and destroying the old bulidings, street and culture. I hope to do something to protect, but what I can do is nothing.

I'm not sure how long it has been up...it was disintegrating when I saw it last week.
