Well yes they can help you. (i live in australia, thats why its a they, not an us)
But they don't wnat to, you expect your 'elected' governemtn to HELP CITISENS? blasphemy, that'd be against the corperate constitution. </rant> Oil prices, wherever u get it from are gonna continue to rise whatever any goverment does, there is a limited supply and growing demand. Time to think alternative people.
