Well when you're in Bush's position and you realize your opponent hit on a point that the public you're after likes, you add your own version of the same so they'll go "Oh, well the White House is doing that too!" and put them back to square one. It's all mind play right now.

*grnkkk*snorkle*snorkle*gufaw*chuckle* Bush has no capacity to make decisions. Everything he does is under adult supervision. Therefore, he can promise with perfect honesty that CinC or anything else will not influence his command decisions. The last command desision Bush ever made was to run from the military. Since then his handlers make decisions for him. Ask THEM what influences THEIR decisions if you still somehow have any doubt.
