10 thousand LBS and above you need a CDL ( comercial drivers licence ) in Arkansas , But if it is a rec vech you can get away with LOTS !!!!
Hell if it has air brakes you need to be trained and tested on them any way , oh and ANY decent tire for that monster will cost around $300 any way , not to mention the maint on that beast !!!! I guess some folks just have more dollars than sense !!!!!!!
