I know I'm repeating myself ... but given that she is neither Pennsylvanian nor American, how can she judge what's "Un" either of those ... the tiff with the reporter arose because she couldn't explain what she meant.

Huh. I'm listening to her speech, and apparently she actually is Pennsylvanian, too. She called Pennsylvania her home state. Her first husband was from Pittsburgh, and he's the one who brought her to the US, so she's as Pennsylvanian as she is American.
