I'd remove the ink cartridge and inspect it to make sure all of the removable protective tab, that covers the ink portals, came off and nothing fell into the cartridge receptacle to block the ink flow.

Next I'd try a reset:

Reset the printer to recover from printer failures.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the power source.

Wait 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

note: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Those are both quick to try. If they don't work, then I'd go to HP diagnostics. Try the Virtual Agent first and then downloading the HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows (that's what I have for my HP printer):
