red meat is good for me.
Type O blood: A high-protein diet heavy on lean meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, and light on grains, beans, and dairy. unfortunately, beer is not good for me. I've been eating primarily meat and fat for 5 months now, and I've lost 60 lbs. NO bread, sugar or starches. Eggs and bacon and sausage and steak and chicken. Salads and dark green vegetables, cheese, and lots of Chicharones.

This is untrue. You are working to improve your physical health which in commendable, but you must not neglect your mental health while you're at it.
That's like concentrating on repairing the driveway and neglecting the lawn. ![]()

I'd suggest that like most of us Jim does not spend his day building pyramids or engaging in epic shield wall battles, he likely already has a method of taking the edge off.
