Norfolk Southern railroad ppl say they weren't involved. WTF is this? (IDK, btw) ~2 inches around, ~10 inches long. It looks explosive in nature, kinda. I think it looks sorta/kinda like the business part of some kind of a mortar round. Kinda/sorta. Stabilizing fin/ring on the bottom. Kinda. Here's the story.
