I thought Pee-Pee's Playhouse was brilliantly creative - I was a huge fan the first couple of years. I didn't realize it stayed on through 1991.
I remember Dark Shadows but it really did suck. Funny how there are so many British shows on this list. I liked Absolutely Fabulous for about one or two seasons. And where's Benny Hill? - no way he didn't have a cult following. Can't argue with #1.
