Sure there's days off you just have to spend a few weeks buttonholing, threatening, and/or blackmailing, someone into covering for you.
 The farm I worked in CT had a wedding reception at the farm for one of the owners sons. They'd take turns dancing and running the milking machines. Also a fresh sears catalog in the outhouse for everyone but immediate family. The color pages are nice to look at but don't use them.
