This is quite possible only funny to me ... but
MS-Contin (long acting pain relief) And there has to be some kind of MicroSloth joke in there somewhere ... MS-Nerd, mebbe ... not to actually imply that Blue58 is any kind of a nerd, actually. I do find him to be quite the cool fellow despite his irrational love for the Packers (go Bears).
