I cannot tell you how many people have shared an image of an eye-bombed classical book with a library reprimand on my facebook wall this week. Well I can but I won't. It's a lot. I AM INNOCENT! Whilst almost nothing is sacred to me, books are pretty close to that..... I do not write in them. ever. I do not fold the corners down to mark a page. I only occasionally leave them open facedown at the page I am on if it's a junk fiction novel that I own. (i.e. a Jilly Cooper bonkbuster)
