I did it for awhile, mailing to Texas, where they frown greatly on that, by cleaning debris, packing in a plastic vial, slicing off the bottom of a large diameter scented candle, boring out the center to fit the vial, then resealing the candle with melted wax borings, and reattach the sliced off bottom complete with label. Of course this was years ago before the statute of limitations ran out. It was time consuming and expensive but a friend in need is a friend indeed.

Did I ever tell you about the time I destroyed my toaster oven with a wax fire?
