You know, I have to say that from what I've noticed, it's the geeks that get all the action anyway.

The cool kids are too busy posing and doing their makeup to get laid.

You must mean store-bought cookies because, if you'll allow me to brag a little, Mrs. Dar makes a shortbread cookie coated with a bit of cinnamon and sugar that is out of this world. She makes a toll house cookie that people rave over and a snickerdoodle that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Pepperidge Farms has a new cookie called a Verona (crap, or is it Merona?) The strawberry flavor is the best cookie I have ever eaten. That is all.

Its a Verona - they are pretty good. Not my usual, but it was a nice change of pace.

Now with homemade cookies all bets are off. Frankly, Brit biscuits are just completely different from American cookies and I do miss them. It's very hard to homebake biscuits that are truly like biscuits -most homemade things are American style cookies.

And by biscuits i'm talking Chocolate Digestives (Homewheat), Digestives, Nice , Jammy Dodgers....

all my friends prefer the Brit biscuits too when they come for coffee. Gits.

That sounds like a laxative - not appetizing.

Classic, get with the programme!
I've been extolling the virtues of Digestives for years now.

You just ignore my posts. Sob.
You think I have funny hair and a spotty arse.

Monster - are Digestives an acquired taste do you think?
Or can the Merkins be converted?
I remember not liking them as a child. I was a Rich Tea gal, Laura liked Digestives. But they grew on me. Damn these damp houses.
