I'm agnostic (meaning I'm a religion fence-sitter, I guess) but I hope there is some kind of afterlife, and I hope that freaks who say and do horrible things in the name of religion (that they hide behind like the spineless pieces of shit they are) get to find out how really horribly evil they were. I also hope I get to kick them in the balls/cunt a couple times.

That what irks me. What if Pat Robertson actually believes that he doing "work" in God's name and not just consciously manipulating people.

Also, 95% of Haitians label themselves as Christians...

Exactly. I figure if he really believes in his crap, I want to know at some point he'll have to say "Holy SHIT I was a crazy shitbag." If he's, as I suspect, just an asshole money-grubber who knows exactly what he's doing, I want to know at some point he'll say "Holy SHIT, you guys knew all along I was an evil shitbag...I thought most of you fell for my crap?"

Then come the ball-kicking ceremonies.

Pat Robertson probably has some sort of narcissistic personality disorder or else he's a functional socialpath. I don't see how else he can be so inhumane. That and greed. He couldn't possibly ask his viewers to send money to anyone but him. And (God forbid) if he went down there to help, he might brush against a black person and get the curse.

Oh, and this just in:

Brit Hume Causes Controversy with Suggestion that Pat Robertson Convert to Christianity

For those of you who may not have caught it, this following bit of faux news may be of interest. Please note that, while wholly fabricated by a blogger who will remain unnamed, this news item is, nevertheless, deeply true.

This morning on Fox News, commentator Brit Hume sparked something of a firestorm by suggesting on the air that televangelist Pat Robertson convert to Christianity. “From what I understand, in terms of religious beliefs, Robertson ascribes to Stupid-A** Fundamentalism,” Hume remarked. “But I don’t think Stupid A** Fundamentalism offers the kind of forgiveness and redemption that is offered by the Christian faith.”
