Check any herbal medication against your existing prescription drugs first, Bri.
I know there are contraindications for St John's Wort. We have a natural tablet called Kalms over here. They've never worked for me, sadly. Nothing does, except prescription medication. And even that doesn't always (Trazadone gave me restless legs instead of knocking me out)
