Is it just me - or is the whole Paris Hilton prison thing a crock.

Just wondering if anyone else feels the same??

Perhaps I am a cynical aussie, but I never really expected Paris to do the full 40 odd days. She gets to keep her hair extensions because they are apparently 'too tightly wound'........rubbish. If it was some junkie chick those extensions woulda been out in a flash. Now i hear she has been released after just 4 days......due to 'medical reasons'........or perhaps withdrawls from the party circuit. What a load of crap.

Does anyone else think this escapade has made a mockery of the US legal system in some small way?

I love the press conference where the public affairs officer for the court was basically saying "Yeah, we're pretty pissed about it too, but the sheriff might get away with it unless someone please presses new charges."
