Usually, when you do remove that 20% from your life, something else creeps in to take its place...so as far as I can see, it's more a matter of learning to deal with that 20% no matter what it is, although some 20%s will be more difficult to deal with than others and taking steps to get rid of them is worthwhile and will make a huge difference to your life.
