The reason I ask is, I use a track ball and I love it, even brought one from home for work, but if a cow orker needs to do something on my computer it usually freaks them out. Once I got used to it, I can't stand to use a regular mouse anymore, moving that base around is annoying, and it bothers my arm (had a double compound fracture of my wrist a few years ago.) Once you've had track, you never go back.
