It's not out of the water, it just has a very odd (compared to normal ships) bow.
The odd frontal hull shape, combined with the massive superstructure (for crushing weight) makes her an icebreaker. Unsure on the country of origin - Don't know who the red-over-blue belongs to, and can't read the ID on the side. |
