Today has not been a good day. Stress.
Ate the last of the chocolate (40g). Another pint of coffee. An apple (all before about 1pm). 5pm: reheated leftover vegetarian haggis lasagne from the freezer and an Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell bar. 10pm: 6 oatcakes, thin scrape of butter, cheese, 2 glasses wine.

I presume, lasagne made with vegetarian haggis 'meat'?
Mum's a veggie, and she swears by veggie haggis for a superb minced meat substitute.

A lasagne made using MacSween's vegetarian haggis instead of the mince.
I'd made it for a veggie visitor. The rest of us had proper haggis lasagne ![]()
