I'm not a gentleman, but I do have a Master's Degree and am very fond of Glenmorangie.
I thought The Macallan, which cost twice as much tasted like puke. I suppose that's peaty-ness. Edit to note ... WHOO HOOO 10010 posts. (I didn't even notice I passed 10K.)

I used to drink whiskey when I was a teenager. It made me feel like I'd been hit square in the forehead by a Mack truck. Gaddawful stuff.
