PHASE 3
WEEK 11 DAY 1
Okay, after three...yes, three weeks of being lazy, I finally exercised.

I am finishing that last phase, which is 5 weeks. I missed yesterday so today is day one and the routine for today is chest and back and ab ripper. I did half of the chest and back routine, which was plenty. My arms were shaking afterwards.
