Somebody posted a scary weather map on the fb and made reference to a really bad storm year of the past. If course it's on the fb and so I'm not getting overexcited just yet.

It appears to be 50 degrees outside my building right now. I should go for a walk. Temperature is supposed to drop 30 degrees this afternoon.

It would be great if this lingering snow and ice could all melt first.

So we had another none or so inches, an ice storm of epic proportions, and are still dealing with the aftermath of clearing downed trees and getting power restored. So I'm staffing rumor control

Of for the love of Pete ... it fucking snowed again. Cow Orker calls from a gas station a mile and a half away crying "I can't get up the hill. Well, I won't be able to get up the hill. Somebody come get me." Nobody available to get her. Gave her better routing instructions. At least she listened, unlike the idiot yesterday (patient) who was coming from Jersey, took the wrong bridge and ended up in Wilmington. He never made it. He either is still wandering around or decided to give up and go home.

I moved south (NC) to get away from this stuff (mostly) but good gravy - we're gearing up for our 3rd measurable snow this year. (Maybe I should just run away to Disney world!)

Sorry, Orlando got snow too, albeit less than you did.

I've been driving up and down the east coast in it. Ya bunch of pansies!

Put snow tires on yer cars, slow the heck down and stop trying to play NASCAR on the highway. That's the ticket right there!

I drive by any number of wrecks/spinouts/rollovers from people who fail to do those few simple things. Sheesh.

18 inches short of the snowiest winter of all time here. But it might almost reach freezing next Monday.

Another foot of snow coming in and some models have another round of ice... I'm exhausted.

O I already said that on the other thread. That's how exhausted I am

The storms are a pain in the ass, but the 1 or 2 inches of snow every day or every other day, is really wearing.
