UT, this report form is supposed to help with getting a domain on whitelist. Don't know if this is what you've already tried. I don't have the required info to try it myself:

Just a couple of minutes ago I received two Email notifications of posts to subscribed threads so it appears to be working once more.
It's just like old times! Thanks UT!
