I went in to my profile / Contacts and Friends and tried to add myself to my friends list (I've only got two, and one doesn't exist anymore).

It told me "You can't be friends with yourself."

That just doesn't seem right, does it?

And what's the difference between a private message and a visitor message? I've never received a visitor message.

I got one once from sky saying she liked my profile pic. You don't get a notification though, so I didn't even notice it till I went to change something on my profile.

eta: maybe you do get a notification but I couldn't figure out what it was for? lol

The problem with visitor messages is that you have to go your profile page ever so often to even see one.

I'd forgotten about visitor messages. It's been a while.

You have to turn on notification in your User CP.
