Trip to Louisiana with a camera and bored

well i haven't made it to N.O. yet for pics. meant to do that today but had fuel issues. maybe tomorrow. anyway the following are just some random shots i took on the way to Abbeville La. which is aprox. 15-20 miles south of Lafayette. note the intracoastal waterway looks like a storm never came through. the area was hit by the not-so-powerfull dry side of the storm....

If you get a chance, fly over Buster in Bay Springs, MS. I've been trying to call him but no calls are going into the area, according to the recorded message. :(

'spode, yeah, she's a good bird, did me right today as well. granted, when i landed i probably had 30-45mins worth of fuel. too close for my safety zone.

bruce, i'll try but no guarantees. if he didn't leave i feel the worst......
